David Fetveit represented my wife, Annette, and I in purchasing our lake front home in Dayton, MT in May 2012. Because our primary residence is in California, the biggest challenge for us was that we were not local and had to negotiate and close this transaction by phone and email. In addition, he was helpful in explaining the documents and the history for us to fully understand the amended documents and how it impacted our purchase of this property.
Above all I found David to be honest, sincere and very professional. David provided input as requested but left the decisions to me and my wife. I never felt pressured by David to take any action or make a commitment that we were not prepared to take.
