Flathead Lake Real Estate Sales by Area

Along with a significant increase in Flathead Lake real estate waterfront sales in 2012 came a shift in sales from the Polson area to the northwest region of the lake.  While sales for the entire region increased by 64%, the Lakeside/Somers/Rollins area saw an increase of 231% for the year!  Dayton/Elmo/Big Arm increased by 49%, and Polson grew by 39%.  While sales in the Bigfork area were still strong, they increased last year by just 5%.
