Active Waterfront Listings
New listings have dropped off as expected, and inventory is decreasing as we move through the peak of the summer season and continue to sell existing inventory. Active residential listings are down 16% from September of last year. While inventory is not dropping at an alarming rate, it is still the lowest we have seen for over 3 years at this time.
Median prices for homes and land have flattened out and stabilized with no significant change from last month.
